I've installed several of these, for XP you use the driver disk included in the box, for Windows 7 and 8 the drive is built into Windows so just plug it in. Things like Internet and Audio have a seperate chip on the motherboard. It was great when installed in however, it's now 7 years later.

If used in a computer with Windows XP and properly set up, this is a very good and economical motherboard. Pluged in the Duron processor, attached the peripherals, installed win98 with Kubuntu k7s41gc dual boot, and it has ran great in both modes. I purchased this board as "remanufactured" as a replacement for my HP motherboard, and if anything, I'd say this was as good as new ever was.
The bios for this motherboard is tweakable.
